Snapshot Safari
Identify animals in various habitats in Africa. I've never seen a hyrax here, but you get to see lots of other lovely creatures.
Cedar Creek: Eyes on the Wild
Definitely no hyraxes here, but nice deer, etc.
Hubble Asteroid Hunter
This project aims to help speed up identification of asteroids that might be heading towards the only known place in the universe to support hyracoid life, in the hope that something could be done to divert their course.
Wild Gabon
I've never seen a hyrax here, but it's fun trying to work out what the animals in the photos might be. And who knows, maybe a hyrax will appear one day...
Chimp&See
Here be tree hyraxes!
Planet Hunters TESS
This is the continuation of the project that used data from the Kepler telescope before it broke. It searches for planets in other star systems by identifying where a body passes in front of a star, causing a dip in its brightness. Some of the plots are interesting; others just pretty! And who knows, if we could set up communication with some far-off civilisation we might at least be able to share something about hyraxes, which may then be shared in perpetuity.
